By accessing or using AdBlum (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with our refund policy published on adblum.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation: generating or distributing unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; scraping or reselling Service output at scale; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; and violating any applicable advertising platform's policies when running campaigns built with AdBlum.

5. AI-generated content

Ad copy, product insights and other outputs generated by AdBlum's AI features are provided for assistance. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use, including claims, compliance with advertising policies, and intellectual-property rights related to the products you promote.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by AdBlum and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to the content you create with the Service and grant us a limited license to process it in order to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AdBlum does not guarantee campaign performance, product trends or revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdBlum's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated in advance through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
